The New Year Healthy Resolutions
This New Year Eve, jot down your healthy milestones to be achieved by end of next year. Let Healthji start with setting a few goals for you:
· I will limit sugar intake to two teaspoons in whole day.
· I will avoid cookies and cakes as far as possible.
· I will eat my breakfast on time, daily.
· I will eat a wholesome lunch daily.
· My dinners will preferably be light.
· No desserts for me until I exercise.
· My favourite beverage will be H2O.
· A hobby I choose is work out.
· I will sleep 8 hours.
· Will smile a lot.
