BMI VS BAI
We are trying to evaluate which stands a better chance of being voted the best measure of weight, is it both or none. We would like you to share your opinions on this debate.
As you know; BMI=Weight in kg/Height*Height in meters
and BAI = (hip/height x the square root of height) minus 18.
BMI indicates how fat or thin one is, are compared to the standard benchmark.
BAI will indicate your body fat percent and will also tell your weight in proportion to standard benchmarks.
