Sweta is a dietitian with 10 years of experience in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. During her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bangalore University, she trained at St. Martha's Hospital, Bangalore. After completing her Masters, she worked for about six years at Manipal Hospital, Bangalore where she worked very closely with renal and diabetic patients, while also attending to Executive Health Check-up patients. She also taught Nutrition to nursing students of the Manipal School of Nursing as well as the undergraduate medical students.

Sweta then moved on to preventive and corporate nutrition and joined NICHE as the Nutrition Manager, where besides nutrition consultations, she also trained and supervised the dietitians.
