| Lettuce, shredded |

| Papaya, diced |

| Grapes, halved |

| Orange segments |

| Guava, sliced |

| Strawberries, quartered |
|

| watermelon, diced |

| Sliced almonds, toasted |

| For the dressing |

| Lime juice |

Method: |
- For the dressing combine all the ingredients & mix well.
- Cool completely & store in an airtight container.
- Just before serving combine the fruits & lettuce, pour of the dressing over the salad & toss well
