Method: |
- Mix the dry ingredients with egg yolk and blend. Add vinegar to it and beat well.
- Add oil, a little at time (drop by drop), beating consistently with the rotary beater till the emulsion starts forming.
- Now add remaining oil in slightly increasing amount, till the entire oil is used up.
- Mix well and store in bottle with lid. Refrigerate.
