Ingredients:

Chicken   120 g
Noodles   100 g
Oil   3 teaspoon
Carrots   100 g
French beans   60 g
Cabbage   100 g
Capsicum   100 g
Spring Onion (sliced)   4 flakes
Garlic (chopped)   1
Salt   1 teaspoon
Juice   1 lemon
White pepper powder   1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper   1/4 teaspoon
Soya sauce   2 tablespoon
Chilly sauce   1 teaspoon
Oil   2 tablespoon
Vinegar   4 tablespoon
Green Chilly   2
 

Method:

  • Mix 2 teaspoon oil in salted water and boil noodles in it till they become soft. Drain hot water and pour some cold water on the noodles.
  • Boil and shred chicken. Fry with 2 teaspoon oil and add salt with pepper.
  • Chop green chilly and soak in vinegar.
  • Cut cabbage and french beans. Slice capsicum finely and cut carrots in sticks.
  • Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add garlic and sliced onion and fry.
  • Mix french beans, carrots, pepper and salt. Cook for some minutes.
  • Add fried chicken, capsicum and cabbage and keep stirring. Cook for few more minutes.
  • Now add noodles, chilly sauce, soya sauce and mix properly.
  • Chicken noodles are now ready to be served. Serve hot with green chilly soaked in vinegar.
