| Chicken stock |

| Raw brown rice |

| Fresh spinach, washed well and stemmed |

Method: |
- Bring the stock to a boil. Add the rice and chopped onions. Stir once. Boil 5 minutes, and then put spinach on top. When spinach wilts, cover the pot and turn heat to low.
- Simmer until liquid on top is evaporated. Put the butter on top. When all the liquid is absorbed, stir it up and serve.
