Method: |
- Wash the fish thoroughly.
- Apply salt and lemon juice and leave for some time, say one hour.
- Clean the fish again with water and dry them with the help of a cloth.
- To make white sauce, heat butter, add Maida and fry slowly. Remove from fire and add milk with constant stirring.
- Heat till it becomes thick. Don't stop stirring while heating.
- Mix some black pepper powder and add grated cheese to it.
- Put the fish in pyrex dish and pour the cheese sauce over it.
- Bake in moderately hot oven till the fish become tender and brownish.
