Ingredients:

Egg   2
Salt   1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder   1 pinch
Butter   4 teaspoon
Carrots   60 g
Beans   60 g
Peas   60 g
Corn flour   2 teaspoon
Tomato   60 g
 

Method:

  • Boil noodles in salted water.
  • Drain and pour cold water on the noodles.
  • Beat egg yolk and add 125 ml milk to it.
  • Add noodles, 20 g cheese and seasoning.
  • Fold it in the stiffly beaten egg white.
  • Put this mixture in a ring mould properly greased. Place the mould in a pan of hot water and bake till it becomes firm. It would take approx. 40 minutes.
  • Cut the vegetables and simmer in milk with butter and salt.
  • Take the noodle ring out from the oven. Turn the noodle ring out on the plate and pile the prepared vegetables in the centre of the baked noodle ring.

  • To make cheese sauce, melt the butter on mild heat, add corn flour and fry. Mix milk and stir constantly while heating until it becomes somewhat thick. Add grated cheese and other seasonings.
  • Pour the hot cheese sauce over the ring. Garnish with tomato slices and serve.
