Ingredients:

Paneer   100 g
Bread   Slice 2
Soda powder   1 pinch
Green chilly   2 (small)
Corn Flour   1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves   As required
Salt   1 teaspoon
Oil   For frying
Black pepper powder   1/2 teaspoon
 
For Spaghetti
 
Spaghetti   100 g
Butter   30 gms
 
For Sauce
 
Tomatoes   500 g
Onion   100 g
Garlic   3 to 4 flakes
Salt   1 teaspoon
Corn flour   1 teaspoon
Sugar   1 to 2 teaspoon
Cream   2 teaspoon
 

Method:

  • For cheese balls, soak the bread slice in water and squeeze out the water and mash the paneer well.
  • Mix paneer with squeezed bread, chopped coriander leaves, soda, corn flour, salt, pepper powder and green chillies.
  • Shape the mixture in to balls and deep fry.
  • For making sauce, fry sliced onion and chopped garlic in butter till they become transparent.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, salt, sugar and some water. Cook on moderate heat for 10 minutes.
  • Blend and strain to get the puree.
  • Mix a paste of corn flour with the puree and heat the puree, stirring constantly. Cook till it becomes thick.
  • Mix some cream to it.
  • For preparing spaghetti, boil spaghetti in salted water and drain. Then pour cold water on it.
  • Heat butter in a pan and add boiled spaghetti. Cook for two minutes.
  • Add cheese balls and spaghetti to boiling sauce. Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
