Method: |
- Boil potatoes. Shell peas and dice beans and carrots.
- Steam peas, beans and carrots till tender.
- Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.
- Boil egg for 15 minutes and then put in cold water.
- Shell and slice the eggs.
- Chop pineapple. Reserve some egg slices and pineapple bits for garnishing.
- Mix mayonnaise and cream and add seasonings. Mix vegetables, eggs and pineapple bits in it.
- Place in a bowl lined with salad leaves.
- Garnish with slices of boiled eggs and pineapple bits.
