| Vanilla essence |

5-6 drops |

Method: |
- Heat 1 tbsp sugar in a steaming mould over fire to make caramel. Cook until brown. Coat the inside of mould with caramel and let it cool.
- Beat the eggs, Add boiled and cooled milk, sugar and essence. Pour it into the steaming mould coated with caramel. Tie a butter paper on top.
- Steam in a covered degchi half filled with water for about half an hour. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
- Remove from fire, cool in a pan of cold water. Un-mould gently on a plate, when it is completely cool. Serve.
