| Cashew nuts (Kaju) |

Method: |
- Knead the paneer with milk to get a paste.
- Separate egg yolk from white. Add sugar to yolk and mix well.
- Mix this mixture into the kneaded paneer.
- Beat egg white and add to above mixture.
- Add chopped nuts and vanilla essence and mix properly.
- Pour the mixture into a greased mould, cover and steam in boiling water for half an hour.
- Let it cool down, un-mould and serve garnished with cream and cherries.
