Method: |
- In a mixing bowl beat in the eggs along with the sugar and vanilla essence.
- Then add the milk, corn flour and the chopped dates. Mix well.
- Pour this mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven till the top is slightly browned. Serve hot or cold as desired.
