Ingredients: |
| Milk |
|
300 ml |
| Sugar |

1/2 cup |
| Cream |

1 cup |
| Butter (unsalted) |

20 g |
| Gelatin |
|
11/2 tsp |
| Corn flour |
|
2 tsp |
| Red colour |
|
few drops |
| Chopped fresh fruits |

Method: |
- Soak gelatin in water.
- Dissolve corn flour in small amount of cold milk. Bring rest of the milk to boil.
- Pour corn flour mixture in boiling milk. Cook for few minutes with constant stirring.
- Now add soaked gelatin in this mixture and stir till all the grains of gelatin are dissolved.
- Add sugar, colour and stir. Let the mixture cool down.
- Now pour the mixture in a tray and keep in freezer till semi set. Don't forget to set your fridge at the coldest.
- Now whip the mixture and fold in whipped cream. Add chopped nuts and candied peel. Freeze till set.
- Serve garnished with chopped fresh fruits in an ice cream cup.
