| Cauliflower florets grated |

100 gm |
| Milk |
|
300 ml |
| Sugar |
|
70gm |
| Green cardamom |
|

| Slivered almonds |
|
1 tbsp |
| Slivered pistachios |

1 tbsp |

Method: |
- Boil the grated cauliflower in water for sometime.
- Strain it and add it to the milk.
- Again cook it in boiling milk along with sugar for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold garnished with almond and pista slivers.
