| Green gram dhal |

| Grated jaggery |
|
1 ¼ cup |
| Cardamom powder |
|

| Broken cashewnuts |
|
1 tbsp |
| Ghee |

| |
Method: |
- Dry roast dhal in deep curved pan till it changes golden yellow.
- Add boiling water and cook till dhal splits.
- Add jaggery and cook till it is dissolved completely.
- Fry cashewnuts in ghee and add it after removing from fire. Sprinkle cardamom powder and mix well.
