| Milk |

500 ml |
| Corn flour |

| Kewra essence |

Method: |
- Add corn flour to a small amount of milk to make paste.
- Boil the rest of milk and cook till it reduces to half of its original volume.
- Add corn flour paste with constant stirring and cook till the mixture thickens.
- Add sugar, cook for few more minutes and remove from fire.
- Add chopped nuts and kewra essence.
- Pour into kulfi mould and let it freeze.
- When set, un-mould and serve.
