Method: |
- Grease a small container and place chopped nuts on the base.
- Boil the milk and add tartaric acid, dissolved in water, drop by drop so that milk does not get curdled completely.
- Stir till it thickens and add sugar.
- Cook till mixture is dry.
- Put the hot mixture into the prepared container. Cover and leave to set.
- Un-mould the cake and serve.
