Method: |
- Roast peanuts and remove the skin. Grind to a very fine powder.
- Add 5 tbsp water to sugar and cook till syrup is of two thread consistency.
- Add powdered peanuts and mix well. Remove from fire when brown.
- Apply a little fat on the hands and make a ball of the above mixture.
- Roll on a greased rolling board and cut into diamond shape when set.
- Peanut Burfi is ready to serve.
