Method: |
- Wash, peel and grate the pumpkin.
- Heat ghee and add cardamom seeds. Fry for a while and add grated pumpkins.
- Cook for two minutes. Then add 4-5 spoons of water and cook till pumpkin is tender.
- Add sugar and continue cooking till it thickens. Add coconut powder. Mix well and cook for a while.
- Remove the halwa in a plate and serve garnished with chopped nuts.
