Ingredients: |
| Milk |

300 ml |
| Egg |

| Sugar |

2 tbsp |
| Custard powder |
|
1 tbsp |
| Vanilla essence |

Method: |
- Beat egg white till stiff.
- Boil milk, add sugar and simmer.
- Gradually add beaten egg white.
- When puffed egg whites are cooked, remove from the milk and place them in a plate.
- Dissolve the custard powder in a little water and add to hot milk with constant stirring. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Let it cool down and add vanilla essence. Put cooked egg whites (snow flakes) in custard.
- Chill and serve garnished with cherry.
