Method: |
- Add water and sugar in a sauce pan and bring to boil to make syrup.
- Heat ghee in a karahi. Add suji and fry with constant stirring on slow fire till suji is light brown.
- Add syrup to fried suji and cook on slow fire. Keep cooking with constant stirring till all the syrup is absorbed.
- When halwa starts leaving the sides of karahi, remove it from fire.
- Garnish with powdered cardamom and chopped nuts. Serve hot.
