| Dry coconut (finely grated) |

| Ghee |

Method: |
- Grate coconuts, powder cardamom seeds.
- Roast suji in fat and sprinkle milk on it.
- Stir well and remove from fire.
- Mix suji with grated coconut and powdered cardamom.
- Add castor sugar and shape into ladoos.
