| Short vermicelli |

1 ½ cups |

1 level cup |
| Milk |

| Cardamom powder |

| Cashewnuts, raisins |

Method: |
- Apply little ghee to coat vermicelli pieces with hands.
- Roast it in a deep curved pan in reduced flame stirring constantly till it changes to golden brown evenly.
- Add boiling milk and cook in reduced flame for few minutes till vermicelli becomes soft.
- Add sugar and stir till it is completely dissolved in reduced flame.
- Remove from fire and mix fried cashews, raisins along with cardamom powder.
