Method: |
- Heat oil in a broad pan, add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add curry leaves.
- Add slit green chillies and sliced onions and fry for sometime.
- Add chopped tomato, jackfruit seed pieces, grated coconut, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
- Pour 1 cup of water and simmer till cooked.
- Serve hot with rotis.
