| Oats( ground to a powder ) |

| Semolina |

Method: |
- Put oats powder, semolina, yogurt and salt in a bowl.
- Add enough water to make a smooth batter of thick, yet slightly pouring consistency. Keep the batter aside for 15-20 min.
- Grease the idli stand and pour the batter in it.
- Steam cook for 15-20 min.
- Serve hot with chutney.
