| Singhara fish |
|
120 g (cut into 6 pieces) |
| Ginger |

| Garlic |

| Lemon juice |

| Coriander powder |

Method: |
- Wash and wipe the fish pieces.
- Coat them with flour, chilli powder and salt.
- Prick the fish pieces with fork.
- Grind ginger and garlic. Combine all the other ingredients. Coat the fish pieces with this masala. Keep aside for 2-3 hours.
- Grill fish pieces for 4-5 minutes on both the sides (roast in tandoor).
- Serve hot with onion rings.
