| Boneless chicken breasts or thighs |

| Butter for basting |

Method: |
- Blend all the marinade ingredients at high speed in a blender.
- Make deep cuts in the chicken or fork it. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour with the marinade.
- Grill on medium high for 5-8 minutes on each side. Baste with butter in between.
- You can also bake it in the oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Serve with Mint chutney.
