Method: |
- Clean and wash the chops and pound the flesh.
- Grind ginger and garlic and mix well with vinegar, curd and seasonings.
- Marinate the prepared chops in the above mixtures for 2-3 hours.
- Remove the chops from marinating mixture, dip them in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in hot fat until tender and golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot garnished with onion rings and lemon slices.
