Method: |
- Scrape outer skin of carrots and slice into thin round pieces.
- Keep carrots, onions on top container while pressure-cooking dhal.
- Add tamarind extract, salt, green chillies, cooked vegetable, sambhar powder to mashed dhal and dilute with enough water.
- Cook till desired consistency is reached.
- Add seasonings, curry leaves, coriander leaves just before removing from fire.
- Serve hot with cooked rice.
