| Jowar flour |

| Garlic flakes |

Method: |
- Grind onion, greenchillies, garlic into fine paste in a bowl ,add jowar atta.
- Add all ingredients, add salt, red chilly powder and turmeric powder mentioned above in the atta add water and knead to make dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 balls.
- Take one portion/ball ,put little dry jowar atta and flatten the ball with hand to make thin roti.
- Heat tava put little oil and cook the roti till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
