Method: |
- Mix the maida with water.Form a fine paste.
- Add turmeric powder,sugar and salt.
- Mix it well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat the pan. Add some oil to the pan.
- Slice banana in to long thin pieces.
- Dip the pieces into the paste and put it in to the boiled oil in the pan.Fry both sides.Serve hot
