| Tender raw banana |

| Grated fresh coconut |

2-3 tsp |
| Black pepper |

| Mustard seeds |

Method: |
- Scrape outer skin and dice banana into medium cubes.
- Keep immersed in water till required.
- Grind coconut, pepper and salt to smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, curry leaves and then chopped vegetable pieces.
- Fry for 1 or 2 minutes and then add ground paste with ½ cup water.
- Close with lid and cook in reduced flame stirring in between till banana is cooked and curry becomes dry.
