| Spinach(Cheera) |

1 bundle |
| Grated coconut |
|
50 g |
| Red chilly powder |

| Turmeric powder |

| Oil |

| Onion |

| Boiled rice |

| Curry leaves |

Method: |
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry the sliced onions until it turns light brownish.
- Add salt, red chilly powder and curry leaves and fry.
- Add cut cheera and cook by putting the lid over the pan.
- When done, add the grated cocunut. Mix well.
- Add boiled rice and mix well. Keep it aside.
- Mix the grated carrot, salt, green chilly and coriander leaves well and sprinkle on the cheera rice.
- Serve hot.
