| Green gram sprouts |
|

| Mosambi or Oranges |

Method: |
- Pick, clean and soak whole green gram overnight in water in a vessel.
- Next morning wash well, drain off all water, cover and keep aside for the gram to germinate and sprout for a whole day and night.
- It will be ready for the next day. Wash gently, remove the skin which will float on top of the water. Drain all water from the germinated sprouts and keep aside.
- Chop onion, green chillies and ginger into fine pieces. Chop cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Remove skin, pith and seeds of mosambi or orange. Add salt and gently mix everything together. Chill well before serving.
