| Ghee |

| Milk |

Method: |
- Mix jeera seeds, salt and ghee with the flour thoroughly.
- Add milk to the mixture and make soft dough.
- Roll out equal balls out of the dough and make rotis.
- Place them on heated tawa and cook it well.
- Serve hot.
