Method: |
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Add the spices and saute.
- Add ginger-garlic paste followed by onions and tomatoes.
- Add chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
- When it is done, add the cooked chick peas. Mix thoroughly.
- Cook the parathas as per the instructions on the package.
- Tear the parathas into bite size pieces and add this to the masala.
- Cook, until the paratha and masala get mixed together.
- Add lime juice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and cashewnuts fried in ghee.
- Serve hot.
