| Cabbage |

200 g |
| Peas (unshelled) |

100 g |
| Fat |

| Ginger |

| Green Chilli |

| Haldi Powder |
|
1/4 tsp |
| Red chilli powder |
|
1/8 tsp |
| Garam masala powder |

| Fresh coriander leaves |

Method: |
- Wash and cut cabbage finely (avoiding the hard central core)
- Shell peas and steam them (if hard)
- Chop green chillies and ginger.
- Heat fat in a karahi. Add ginger and stir fry.
- Add peas and stir fry for a minute. Add seasonings.
- Add cabbage and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce flame and cover with lid, stirring occasionally till the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves and garam malala.
