Method: |
- Make soft dough with flour and water.
- Keep it aside for 20 to 30 minutes and knead again.
- Heat tandoor.
- Divide into four balls.
- Wet the hands and flatten the ball, apply ghee and fold again.
- Shape into rounds using palms and fingers of the hands.
- Apply the paranthas on the inside of the heated tandoor and cook till done.
- Remove and apply ghee and serve hot.
