1 kg curd hung in a muslin cloth for two hours |
| Olive oil |
|
1 tsp |
| Mustard powder |
|
1/2 tsp |
| Sugar |

| Juice of one lemon |
|
|
| Garlic (crushed) |
|
6 cloves |
| Finely chopped parsely |

2 tbsp |
| Milk |

Method: |
- Mix olive oil, mustard powder, sugar, lemon juice, garlic and finely chopped parsley into the hung curd cheese.
- Blend with milk.
