Method: |
- Soak chickpeas overnight. In the morning, drain water, boil till done.
- Heat oil and saute ginger. Add the rest of the spices and saute for another 10 seconds.
- Add chickpeas to this and stir-fry for half a minute.
- Add 1 cup water and cook till water evaporates.
- Stir in coriander stalks and serve.
