| Green chilli paste |

Method: |
- Steam the sweet corn and mash it into a coarse paste.
- Soak Daliya in water for about 2 hrs.
- Roll into a paratha.
- Mix daliya, mashed sweet corn, green peas, carrot and ginger chili paste. Add salt to taste.
- Make three patties from the above mixture.
- Bake in an oven
- Serve hot.
