Method: |
- Take carrots, potatoes, French beans, and cauliflower. Take coconut milk, add the corn flour and mix well. Heat the oil on a tava and fry the onion for 1 minute. Add the cardamoms, cloves and cinnamon and fry again for a few seconds. Add the green chillies and salt and fry again for a while.
- Add the coconut milk and vegetables, cook for a few minutes and serve hot.
