| Jeera |

| Spring onions |

| Green chillies |

Method: |
- Put oil in a pan
- Add jeera and chopped ginger
- Then add chopped spring onions
- Add soaked rice
- Then add chopped onion stalks and add water
- Then add chopped palak
- Bring it to boil till the rice is cooked
- Serve hot
