| Peanuts |

| Corianer leaves |

| Amchur and Garam Masala |

Method: |
- Boil, peel and mash Potatoes.
- Wash chirwa in a strainer.
- Roast peanut, remove the red skin and grind coarsely.
- Wash and chop green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Add chirwa, peanuts, green chillies, coriander leaves and spices to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Shape in to cutlets of desired shape.
- Dip in hot fat till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney.
