Method: |
- Wash and clean the fish.
- Cook the fish with vinegar, garlic and whole black pepper till done.
- Remove bones and flakes it.
- Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them.
- Chop onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.
- Take one teaspoon of fat in a pan and fry the chopped onion etc.
- Add flaked fish to it and cook till all the moisture dries off.
- Add the mashed potatoes and spices to the fish mixture, and mix well.
- Shape in to cutlets.
- Dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in hot fat till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
