Ingredients:

Refined flour   40 g
Ghee   15 g
Sugar   5 g
Salt   1/4 tsp
Curds   1 tsp
Baking powder   a pinch
Ginger   5 g (Chopped)
Coriander leaves   a few (chopped)
Curry leaves   a few (chopped)
Chilled water   to make dough
 

Method:

  • Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Rub the ghee in to flour.
  • Add sugar, salt and chopped spices and mix well.
  • Add curd and mix well.
  • Add chilled water and make the dough.
  • Roll in to 1/4" thickness and prick it. Cut with biscuits cutter.
  • Bake on a greased tray at 3500 F for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve.
