Ingredients:

Potatoes   150 g
Sago   60 g
Peanuts   40 g
Green chili   1(chopped)
Corianer leaves   few
Salt   1/2 tsp
Red Chilly powder   1/4 tsp
Amchur and Garam Masala   1/4 tsp
Fat   for frying
 

Method:

  • Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
  • Wash and soak the sago for 5-7 minutes in water.
  • Roast the peanuts, remove skin and grind coarsely.
  • Wash and chop green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Squeeze out water from soaked sago. Mix soaked sago, roasted peanuts, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, red chilly powder, garam masala and amchur with potato mixture.
  • Divide the whole mixture in to 2 balls and shape them in to cutlets.
  • Deep fry in hot fat till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
