Ingredients: |
| Potatoes |
|
200 g |
| Channa dal (Grams) |
|
100 g |
| Spinach |
|
50 g |
| Green chilly |
|
1/2 tsp |
| Salt |
|
1/2 tsp |
| Red Chilly powder |
|
1/4 tsp |
| Amchur and Garam Masala |
|
1/4 tsp |
| Egg |
|
1 |
| Bread crumbs |
|
2 tbsp (for coating) |
| Fat |

for frying |

Method: |
- Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
- Cook channa dal till tender and dry off the excess water.
- Wash and chop spinach and green chilly finely.
- Mix all the above ingredients along with the spices.
- Shape in to cutlets of desired shape.
- Dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in hot fat till golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
